All bookings made through Spark are final and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation by the customer for any reason
  • Failure to show up for the scheduled experience
  • Late arrival or early departure
  • Dissatisfaction with the experience or service
  • Changes in personal circumstances or plans

Cancellation Policy

While you may cancel your booking, please note that no refund will be provided. We recommend carefully reviewing all booking details, including dates, times, and service descriptions, before confirming your reservation.


Service Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that a Service Provider cancels your booking or is unable to provide the booked experience, Spark will work with you to find an alternative solution, which may include rebooking with the same or different Service Provider, or issuing a refund at our discretion.


Modifications to Bookings

Modifications to existing bookings are subject to availability and the policies of the respective Service Provider. Any changes may incur additional fees, and the no-refund policy applies to the original booking amount.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all booking information is accurate before confirming your reservation.
  • Arrive on time for your scheduled experience. Late arrivals may result in reduced experience time or denial of service, with no refund provided.
  • Contact the Service Provider directly if you have questions about your booking or need to communicate any special requirements.

Exceptions

Spark reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances, such as technical errors on our platform or other situations at our sole discretion.
