Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Service Providers. If you cancel a booking or fail to show up, any applicable cancellation fee or refund will depend on the Service Provider's specific policy.

• Some bookings may not allow free cancellations, while others may have a deadline for free cancellation.
• If you anticipate a late arrival, contact the Service Provider directly to inform them. We are not responsible for any cancellations or fees incurred due to late arrivals.

• Account Creation: To make a booking, you may need to create an account. Ensure all information, including payment and contact details, is accurate and up to date.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your login credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

• Spark provides a platform for Service Providers to promote and sell their experiences, enabling you to search, compare, and book experiences.
• The accuracy of service details, including descriptions and photos, is the responsibility of the Service Provider.
• Spark reserves the right to remove content, including images, that violates our policies or applicable laws.

Unless otherwise stated, all rights to the platform's technology, content, trademarks, and design are owned by Spark. By using the platform, you agree to do so for its intended purpose only.

You may not monitor, copy, scrape, reproduce, or otherwise use any part of our platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Spark.

When you book an experience, we may share necessary information with the respective Service Provider to facilitate your booking.
